Molly is a Registered Massage Therapist and a mother of one, and has been passionately providing massage care for 8 years, with an interest in maternal massage and infant massage. She has been in good standing with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada since 2009.

Molly graduated from CCMH Foothills Collage of Massage in 2009 with her 1100hr Massage certificate, and has her 2200hr Diploma from the MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy.

With great care taken to assure that each client is treated with dignity and respect, Molly provides excellent care using her extensive knowledge in soft tissue manipulation, home care stretches and exercises, and treatment knowledge, to provide a customized treatment to meet the needs of any client.

Molly will also be offering Infant Massage classes starting in November 2017.

Prenatal Yoga: Thursdays, 6:45-8:00pm. A 6-week prenatal yoga series starting designed to decrease stress, strengthen the major muscles that are active during labour and birth, as well as enhance the connection between mom and baby.  No prior yoga experience is required.  Contact Ashley at graces3yoga@gmail.com to register. $85/session.

Birthing Flower Prenatal Wellness Program: Starting Monday November 5th, 6pm - 7pm (no class Dec 24th, 31st and Jan 2nd)- continuing into 2019.
